Not only will you leave class full of fitness endorphins, but you will also leave having made some fabulous new friends.

The class combines elements of Pilates with strength training to help rehabilitate your body after having a baby.

Babies, toddlers and kids off school in the holidays are all welcome to the daytime classes. There is plenty to keep them entertained on the farm!

There is no commitment, just pay as you go, £8.50/class.

Class is held at Cultivate Fitness on Town Farm in Bisham. Indoor and outdoor facilities are available depending on the weather.

Join us every Tuesday at 10am & 715pm and Thursday at 10am.
